• Manage, pause, or delete a nightly refresh from ChatGPT's Scheduled tasks.
• Disconnecting TONK stops future ChatGPT transfers. It does not delete music samples or trip preferences already saved in your TONK account.

Access, correction, or deletion

Email us from the address connected to your TONK account. Tell us whether you want a copy, a correction, deletion of ChatGPT-imported music and trip context, or deletion of the full account. We may verify that the account belongs to you before acting.

What to include

Share the email on your TONK account, what you were trying to do, and the exact error message if one appeared. Never send passwords, Spotify or Apple Music tokens, or full payment-card information.
